need a protective bubble for the next 6 months!

so... this week I have managed to get an infection in a tooth causing one side of my face to look like a chipmunk... then today I fell down the stairs.  Because my tooth I can only eat soft foods making me stress that I'm going to gain the 15 lbs that I have already lost back....

sorry.. needed to vent!! now off to bed

Oh no!  That sucks about your tooth!  Ouch!!  :(

As for the weight, many soft foods are great for you!  Soups, yogurt, smoothies, protein shakes heck you can even eat baby food!  That's what I did when my tonsils were removed!  ;)

I second PP on soft foods!  Smoothies can be a great source of calcuim and low in fat if you use skim milk, and a lot of soups are super healthly too.  I buy these premade smoothie mixes from Yoplait that have frozen fruit and yogurt bits, and all you do is add milk.  Yum.

Sorry about your tooth :(  It doesn't sound fun at all.
