fuuuuuuuuuuuu varsity theater

I was promised I could come in and get dressed/take pics/make-up at 2pm (2 hours before my wedding) and now my coordinator (4 weeks before the wedding and this is THE FIRST TIME she has contacted me/I've sent like 4 emails and called a bazillion times to no avail) is telling me "oh hey btw, we're serving brunch until 2pm and you'd have 30-40minutes tops ahead of your ceremony" wtf....Oh did I mention I paid over 6k to reserve my wedding a year ago?

    I'm assuming you mean taking pictures at the Loring Pasta Bar and not the Varsity Theater? Who is your coordinator? I'm bummed on your behalf because my own experience with the LPB staff was good (though I understand your frustration with the communication process firsthand). Do you have any documentation of the 2pm promise? Can they have you start pictures at the Varsity and then move over to the LPB? If all else fails, I would try and contact Jason McLean, the owner of both properties.

    Yeah, this is what I meant and our coordinator/captain is Todd. And yeah that is exactly what I did. I contacted Jason and Jamie who both assured me Todd was incorrect and I could use the redroom starting at 1pm. Now I'm super worried though as I have a one time meeting to figure out everything, the ceremony, the food, the flowers, the reception and Todd wants it all done within 1 hour... Really wish I could have chosen my captain as he apparently already has shown he has no idea what hes doing.

    Sounds stressful, but hears hoping everything ends up working out regardless of how well Todd knows what he's doing.
