I think I can help you with this :)

    1. Purple Spider Mum

    2. Another type of Mum - Depending upon the grocery store, they might come in known as GB Mums, or Grower's Bunch Mums.

    3. Aspidistra

purple spider altho in real life they are not that dark ,more of a pink/lavender

purple cushion mums are the second picture

this could be aspidistra but my guess is a green Ti leaf as opposed to one of the many varagated  varieties

The puple flower in the first pick is a "spider mum" or sometimes called a "fuji mum".  The other flower looks like a hydrangea.

The purple flower is just a generic variety of mum, sometimes referred to as pom poms.

The long green leaf is an aspidistra, also called "cast iron plant".  They can last for weeks in a vase of water.  ( I grow them in my shady flower beds, and they truly are tough as cast iron, even in hot drought conditions, rainy season, or through light freezes).
