Morning!!

It's Hump Day! I hope everyone has a great one!

Today for me consists of going to Kohls for a new bathingsuit (hopefully) and petsmart for the critters and then giving a lesson later tonight while DH is at puppy class with Mr. Timmy.

So, overall, a great day! :o)


I have a question for you guys though:

We're riding with our neighbors up to Busch Gardens on Friday and then coming back Sunday. They offered to drive (they have a bigger more comfy car for long trips with 4 people) while we have my clown car and DH's Jeep. 

I feel like we need to offer money or something for cutting the cost of the driving.  How would you do this? Would you just offer to pay for the fill up when stopping for gas, offer a certain amount of money, or pay for their dinner when we go out Saturday night to colonial williamsburg??

Suggestions?

    I'd probably offer to pay for one of the gas fill ups.  I've done that before when we took my old roomates car to the beach instead of my lovely SUV that gets a whopping 13 miles per gallon.

    Morning.  I was running late this morning, then drove all the way in to work and walked in and realized I left my computer at home.  So back home to get it I went.

    Beka, I'd just offer to pay for gas when you stop and if they've already filled up/won't accept it then I'd offer to pay for dinner.  Have fun in Williamsburg :)

    I would offer to fill up, but ask them what they would like. Sometimes people don't want anything...you never know. If they dont want you to pay for anything, I'd buy a round of drinks at dinner or a bottle of wine!

    I would probably just offer to fill up their car. If its a bigger car, its probably gonna run around $50 (depending on what the gas prices are)

    Alright awesome! DH was thinking we'd pay for one way up there, but I wanted to also get opinions :o)

    If they don't accept, I like the drinks/wine idea!

    Good Afternoon!!! I'm a little late.

    Beka, I'm so jealous of your Busch Gardens trip! I'm going to stash away in your suitcase! lol. I would offer to pay for the gas for sure. :o)
