  From my experience, almost every rental company has them. I would google "wedding rentals" and the city, state you're wedding is going to be held in. There are tons of rental companies in the Central PA area; I would go with the one closest to your venue. Every rental company I've looked at have charged from $6-$8/chair, not including delivery and pick-up.  Also, some of the larger catering companies in the area (if you are utilizing outside catering) have the chairs for rent, again in the same price range (JDK is one).

  Edit: I see in the flower post your event is going to be in Harrisburg...eventcentralpa.com is one that a bunch of the caterers in the Harrisburg-area utilize for their rentals.

  Also, check with your reception venue. Ours had a "preferred vendor" that they used for chivari rentals so we got a slight discount.

  We used JDK for our catering and most rentals (they are amazing) but they do not have chiavari chairs. They will get them for you but they'll charge you an extra fee for procuring them. Event Central has them and the price was negotiable. EC delivered them and JDK set them up and tore them down (chair pads on and off) for $1 per chair. EC had the best price that I found in the Harrisburg area.
