  just email feedback@theknot.com and include:
   the email address, both the names, the wedding date, and the link to the web page (found in the address bar/must include the Member ID Number) associated with the account, and the information will be removed.

  i had made a knot account when i was engaged like 10 years ago but called off the wedding, (thank god!) i had forgotton the email address passwords etc. now that im engaged again i didnt want anyone to search for my website on here and find the old one that was still searchable. i emailed multiple times with a link to our site and our full names and as much info as i thought MIGHT be correct 10years ago and finally they deleted the account.

  I did the same with my first wedding. It said "happily married for (whatever 7 years translates into for days). Yeah - ummm no. Separated for 3, divorced for 2, TYVM.
  
  They got it deleted, but it did take a few days.
