Greystone Brides: Food?

How many of you are chosing buffet vs plated?

And what were your favorite dishes?

Also, for former Greystone brides...how was your plated or buffet executed? Did it go well?

    I am not having my wedding there. However, the on I went to there had the chicken and beef plated option.

    We did a plated duet: Filet and Chicken Madiera. The food was phenomenal and we got tons of compliments.

    Salad and pasta were served family style to guests, plated to the head table (I'm not positive on the salad - not sure if everyone got their own plated, or if it was family style but I know for sure the pasta was family style). Then they did the main course. Everything flowed very smoothly and there was not a lot of 'wait' time in between courses.
