What's going on this weekend ladies? FI's brother and his GF are coming up for the weekend. We are hanging out with them tomorrow. i am not sure what we are doing though. Sunday we don't really have any plans yet. We do have to get to Sam's Club for some grocery shopping. (Wow I feel old saying that!!)

We are shopping for the guy's wedding suits tonight with some of the WP. Tomorrow I have my hair/makeup trial and Sunday we have dinner at my parents. Inbetween there I'm hoping to spend some time by the pool, it's supposed to be super hot and humid this weekend in CT.

Wish I had a weekend with nothing to do! We're doing engagement shoot #2 on Sunday and apartment hunting Saturday... We're moving like 2 weeks before the wedding... I can't wait? Lol..

Saturday i am getting up for a double gym session and then errands with FI, i need to get some stuff from Michaels/AC Moore for the wedding and return some gifts to Macys from our bridal shower that were duplicates.

Then im heading to my sister's house, she is leaving for DR for a week and i get the pleasure of babysitting my 2.5 year old nephew while she is gone!

Nothing WR, I don't think, unless you count Monday, which I have off to do little last-minute things. A BBQ tomorrow and a baseball game Sunday. Looking foward to some fun, but bummed it'll be so hot!

Working, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am. It will be rough because I haven't worked since 7/10 (before my tonsillectomy). Fortunately, I work the weekend and then I'm off until 8/14. Then its back to full time :-)

First of all, the first Friday of every month the office closes an hour early and we all go to a local coffee shop for coffee and updates on what's going on in each dept, so I'm ready for that! I also need to work out tonight since I've been seriously slacking this week! I'll start Saturday off with a workout then when FI gets home we need to go pick up our rings! We saw them Tuesday night but FI decided he wanted his brushed instead of polished lol. Sunday is my second shower, my dad's relatives, and I'm really looking forward to it, but I really don't want this weekend to go by too fast!

going to finalize tuxes tomorrow (before FI surgery on his knee), making more flowers....hobby lobby trip...more flowers.....working on invitations....flowers....gotta make flowers....did you get that im making flowers....I love them.....but they are SO time consuming....

I'm working all weekend...blargh. Hoping to work some more on escort cards (stamping people's names, table numbers can come later) and the escort card board. I also have three more centerpieces to make. Depending on what happens with the lawyer today, there may also be paperwork and other legal crap/bank stuff for the house. Our closing date is potentially the 1st of October. Which is 5 days before the wedding...and I have midterms. Le sigh.

Happy Friday ladies!!

I'm also finishing invites, hopefully tonight so they can go out in the mail tomorrow! The guys are getting fitted for tuxes tomorrow and FI is having them over for poker afterwards which means cleaning the house. I'm also meeting with FMIL Sunday to go over flowers (she used to own her own florist shop, so she's doing all the flowers for us).

I work tonight and Sunday morning. Tomorrow FI and I are going to a house-warming party for a co-worker of his. Pretty easy weekend.

Question for you ladies: this co-worker is in his 40s, married, and this is their second home together. It's all decorated already and they have everything they need/want. What would be a good gift for their house-warming? I'm thinking a nice bottle of wine or champagne. Thoughts?

Not much planned really. My MOH and her husband and probably girls are stopping by tomorrow to see the house that were buying. Also to get a shower guest list. I have enough ribbon to do 1820 invites so I may work on those a little more. Going to try to get rid of some of my Mary Kay product on Sunday to a fellow consultant. I just don't have the time for it and its money just sitting that I really need where hospital bills are concerned. Then we have night 2 of our premarital counseling which FI and I are both looking forward to!

Happy Friday everyone! I'm working a 14 hour shift today out of town and then driving two hours home late tonight. Tomorrow starts off a week of festivities. We have a close friends wedding and I am hoping to stop by FI's dads to talk to his stepmom about a bunch of wedding details. Them Sunday I am having my first shower! I'm pretty excited!

I am having several friends over for dinner tomorrow and we are going to talk about their role in our wedding. They each will stand up at a certain point during the ceremony and read a quote from Shakespeare! I am so excited!!!!

Tonight I'm going out to dinner with some friends to celebrate a birthday. Tomorrow I have a haircut and style in the morning, then 11:00 begins my bridesmaids' hosted shower, which should be a blast. At night, I have a surprise party for another friends that I may go to, depending on how the day goes. Sunday will be the gym, and hopfully catching a matinee of The Dark Knight Rises.

Happy Friday!
Today I'm hitting the gym after work and then have some stuff to do around the house.
Saturday I'm getting a haircut in the morning and then going with FI and some of his guys for a tuxedo fitting party. Will probably have some of them back to our house after to bond a little.
Sunday looks pretty quiet so far so I'm going to try to hit the gym again and then maybe do a little shopping for WP gifts and shower/rehersal dresses.

Friday FINALLY I really need the weekend after a week of hell at work (my workload basically doubled

Right after work today, I got to work out with my trainer like all weekdays. Tomorrow FI is actually off work so we had a whole date day planned (Zoo, picnic, pool time, maybe a nap then dinner) but it is supposed to rain.

If it rains, my mom has been asking for some help fixing up her house for when guests are in town for the wedding, so we will probably head over there. That will include scraping texture off walls in a bedroom, painting, painting and more painting.

I still have my gym membership (its only $10/month so I can't bring myself to cancel) so I might start giong to the gym on weekends and before work and start doubling up on my workouts. We will see how I feel tomorrow morning!

I think we are going to an Orchard a couple hours away for their "Wine Under The Pines" festival. Supposed to have 12 different wines to try, different local brewed beers, and some BBQ. FI wants to go look for his boots he plans to wear at the wedding. The rest of the weekend we will probably just hang out and relax. The heat is supposed to die down a little around here so we might finally get out and enjoy a nice long walk in the country with our crazy pug, Mia.

Today I had to take my cat to the vet, poor thing had a UTI. I took my cat to a different vet because the last vet told me he had a behavior problem and to get rid of the other cat (3 months ago), so I was nervous about taking him to another vet only to be told the same thing. Apparently that previous vet was wrong because if I had waited any longer they would have had to do surgery.

Poor cat was miserable.

I am going to a bridal show tomorrow. Mainly I want the $40 off coupon for Mens Wearhouse (since FI and his guys still need to order their tuxes) and I still need to find someone for hair and makeup. My mom is going with me because she wants to try more cake. lol I already hired a cake baker so she doesnt get another cake tasting.

I plan to work on putting together the last 13 invites. I might try to do my DIY flowers.

Tonight, we are just chilling at the house. Tomorrow, I am super excited for! In the morning, we are taking my oldest stepdaughter out for breakfast for her birthday. She wants to go to ihop. After that, we are dropping both girls off with their mom and we are going shopping for new flooring for our house. I really hope we can find some good deals! Not much planned for Sunday. We'll probably hit the gym and clean up the house a bit. I've got some DIY projects to do, so I may start on those.
