Napkins (for those of you who are doing buffet)

I was thinking I would get some colored paper napkins and fold them into pouches for the silverware (plastic). It will give my tables some more color and make them look more full, since we won't have plates out.

I saw it in someones siggy on a different board a while ago and loved it. Go for it!!!

I like how it adds a little something extra, but doesn't cost anymore. (Unless you do the ribbon, which would be minimal)

I like that. I would do something like that but our caterers will have the table set up already with silverware and napkins.

Our venue will be setting up the tables will all the linens and such for us.

I really like that too. Because we're doing buffet, I didn't really know what to do for the tables other than centerpieces.. not placesettings.. or really table numbers.. I like it!!

All we will have on our tables are white tablecloths, fuschia runners and the centerpiece. (with three bud vases on each side going down the runner.) I am going to do tangerine napkins so it gives it more color! :)

That's really cool!! We are doing a buffett and I was wondering what to do without plates on the tabel...So I think we will do something like that with napkins. And then maybe add a flower head (cheap) and possibly an "info card" with a thank-you and any other details for the evening..

I have black table cloth, fuschia runner, then i have my plastic silverware wrapped with a navy blue napkin with a love napkin holder so i like your idea, i have smaller napkins so that wouldn't work for me.
