D: Artichoke ravioli with olive oil & salad
S2: Ice cream & a cookie

E: 3 miles/walking, 75 minutes yoga

  • B-black coffee
    L- catered lunch meeting... half an egg salad sandwich, small handful of kettle chips, side salad, fruit salas, two-two bite cakey things
    D- lean cuisie chicken pasta peanut sauce thing
    LNS- small salad, Dole fruit cobbler in a cup(my soon to be new obsession. It's a fruit cup in heavier syrup that you heat up in the microwave and it comes with crumble topping, only 150 calories. Totally takes care of my sweet craving at night)

    E- 22 minutes of spin, legs machine circuit
