Wedding gifts?

Please help! I'm getting married in 20 days and have not purchased wedding gifts yet!

We'd like to get gifts for both sets of parents and both brothers (Man of Honor and Best Man)

For our ushers, we purchased ties for them to wear.

Should we get gifts for the ring bearers and flower girl?
Grandma?
Readers?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!

    I haven't done much of anything either in regards to parentsand grandparents. We are going to do pctures in  frames for godparentsand grandparents but know we may not have those until well after the wedding. So those will likely be Christmas presents.

    For our parents we are going to get hankerchiefs embroidered and a nice card.

    I got my girls a spa towel wrap and made their jewelry. For the guys we got them cuff links and a gift card to gamestop.
