Didn't know where to complain about this, but I"m sure you've all had the same problem.  When you try to find "local vendors" for western Ma, it automatically takes you to Boston for some reason.  I highly doubt any vendors are going to drive the 3 hours it would take to get to Lenox from Boston. *sigh*

On another note, any caterers or photo booth rental recommendations would be much appreciated!

    I'm using Seemonkey Photobooth. It's not a traditional photobooth, but they set a camera on the table and have a backdrop so that you can fit a ton of people in the photo. They are out of RI, but are coming to my wedding in Sturbridge. It was an extra charge for the travel, but they were still the cheapest I found.

    It is far easier to find Western Mass vendor and venue reviews on weddingwire.  I didn't use a caterer or photobooth - can't help you there.

    I'm using Seth Mias as a caterer and I love him... but he's based out of Florence, MA so I'm not sure he goes as to Lenox.

    I'm not using a photobooth either so, sadly, I can't help.

    Some venues have recommended vendor lists that I found helpful and there are a few Berkshire-specific websites: http://berkshire.weddings.com/

    Try calling Bob Chevalier from the Original Wedding Expo...he knows everyone involved in putting together a wedding. He will give you some recommendations.

    I live south of Worcester... there really is no board for me.  I'm too far from Boston and not really in western MA... I feel your pain!

    We are from Worcester and had to deal with travel fees and such from some vendors. We ended up having local vendors only.

    Depending on your locations maybe New York vendors are closer IDK.

    We didn't have a photo booth but my friend used Executive Photo Booth. We had such a great time and it was a real Photo Booth.
