    Weston is a fun place to go antique shopping.  Sometimes garage sales are done by neighborhood, but I haven't seen any city wide ones recently.

    I'm not sure where in town you live, but Grain Valley has a citywide garage sale every spring. Not sure of the dates this year though

    I don't know how far you are willing to travel, but Ft. Leavenworth has a huge fort wide garage sale every spring and fall - I don't know the dates, but it's enormous.

    Gardner, KS also has a city wide sale the first weekend of May every year...

    Weston is great for antiquing but I find that they have higher price tags because of their reputation.

    There is a great antique mall near the river market.

    I always find garage sales by using Craigslist and I watch for signs in my neighborhood advertising an area wide sale.
