Laid off :-(

I just found out yesterday that I was laid off from my job. I knew it was coming because my company has been in financial trouble for some time now. They told us on Friday that the staff would be cut almost in half. I knew I was on that list and now thinking of all the bills I can't pay and the wedding stuff...it's stressing me out. FI is in Key West this week with his brother and dad so I'm feeling extra sorry for myself.

I'm supposed to hear about a job tomorrow and I could use some T&Ps that I get it. I have no idea what to do if I don't :-(

Sending lots of knottie vibes and juju your way!!!! Try to get out and do something, like go for a walk or go visit a friend. I got laid off a few years ago and ended up with a better job in a new area. If that hadn't happened, I would have never met my FI. I know it doesn't seem like it right now, but there is always a silver lining! Good luck with the interview tomorrow!!!!

Sending many t&p your way. Losing my job was so hard and I felt even more upset for FI. The way I learned to look at it, after 6 interviews, was to do what I finally wanted. I got a job as a management trainee (with the advancement of my own store) with a tanning company and couldn't be happier. It's a great time to reevaluate and see if something else tugs at the heart strings. Lots of luck!
