Rehearsal Dinner Cost

Can anyone tell me an approximate cost of a rehearsal dinner in the Milwaukee area?  I googled it but didn't find anything helpful.  I'm starting to get quotes from
several possible venues for the rehearsal dinner but I don't know what a good price is!  Help please!

I'm planning on having 40 people at my rehearsal and have a cost of about $550.  It's in a small town though, so your cost might be higher.
I would set your budget and then go from there.

I went with a cheaper venue. We are looking at 200 guests and just the meal alone will cost right around $2000. I don't live in Milwaukee though, so Im sure you will be looking at higher prices than that.

We also are having about 45 people at our dinner and have budgeted $1,000.  Our dinner will be in Madison but we are working with the restaurant to pick out 5 different dinner options and give our guests a 2 drink limit.

Depending on how many people you will have eating and how much, if any, drinks you will be covering can all add up.

We are looking at 45 people and our cost is around $1,200.  It's being catered into a hall we are renting.  (Well, by WE I mean my in-laws to be)

It really depends on the number of guests and what you are planing to cover drink wise.  We are having ours at an Italian restaraunt without a room rental fee.  We will be paying the menu price and a few pitchers of hosting beer.  FI is responsible for this and paying for it, so I don't know the details.

We are having our RD in downtown Milwaukee.  There is no room rental fee, which is nice.  It will be about 25 people.  FILs are paying for it, so I'm not sure of exact cost, but it will end up being about $1500-2000 for appetizers, a set menu for them to choose from, dessert, and open wine/beer/soda bar.

The church has a room we can use for our RD for no cost and they allow us to bring in our own beer and wine.  We are catering Mexican food, so I haven't decided how elaborate I want to decorate, but for 100 we are budgeting $1500

200 people at a rehersal dinner?!  Holy crap.

We had about 30 people at ours and was about 400 - 450 after gratuities.  We served pizza, spaghetti, salads, dipping bread, soda, and beer.  We lucked out and did not have a room rental fee.

Our is at a pizza place in Fond du Lac, but they also have one in Milwaukee I believe. Sal's Pizza, it's so delicious and they have a cute little room upstairs that we're renting out for 35 people we're spending about $150.
