Cat scratch on face from months ago - help!

My cat scratched my face about two months ago. It's small, maybe about 4 mm long, but it's right on my forehead. It healed, but it is still a red line. Does anyone have any suggestions on things to rub on it to maybe make it "heal" faster?  I really want the redness to go away by the wedding which is on September 22, 2012.

    As someone who is usually covered in cat scratches, I really think it will be nearly gone by then...just when you are sure it's a permanent mark, they seem to just disappear overnight. Even if it isn't completely gone your makeup on the day of will definitely cover it. But if you are super worried about, it can't hurt to start using Mederma on it. Personally I wouldn't bother as that stuff is not cheap, but it's up to you.

    I have had some moles removed that were abnormal and precancerous and my demotologist said the most important thing  to avoid scaring is to keep the area always mostuirzed. I started buying more exspensive over the counter scar removal creams and now I just use a thick body cream every day, she said the cell renewal will react the same.
    Also keep SPF on it anytime your outside. If you get a sunburn it will take longer to heal or be permanant.
