help with mini bus rental

hi everybody, 

 here's my situation, we are getting ready and taking pictures at a hotel. i would like to get a mini-bus (approx 20-22 passengers) to take us to our wedding around 3:30pm and then pick us up around 11pm and drive us back to the hotel.

  every place i've called wants to charge us for the 8 hours in between it seems that most places will only charge hourly. i don't need them to wait around, we just need a ride there and a ride back.

  any ideas? thanks in advance

i do not want to spend $1000.00 on this :(

    Have you checked to see if the hotel has a shuttle? I know alot of hotels have free shuttles if you book so many rooms. If you need LESS rooms (usually about 15), I found they charge about 75.00 for round trip from the venue.

    Even if you get the party bus TO the wedding, you coudl always just use the hotel shuttle on the way back at the end of the night......It's definitely woth pursuing as I know my venu gave me hotel recommendations that they knew shuttled to their facility

    I would use the hotel shuttle first (and pay the amount they want if you need) and get a couple limos as a second choice. I don't think they would charge you for the whole time.

    we will be getting ready at the eaglewood resort in itasca...they do not have a shuttle :(

    How dedicated are you to that hotel? I know my venue gave me an entire list of hotels that had shuttles to their venue. If you aren't that attached to the hotel, look around because many hotels DO have shuttles these days. Obviously if you already paid money and love the hotel, it isn't an option, but if you arent, it might be worth exploring
