I figured since I'm bored at work I might as well start getting the wedding timeline together. Can you guys send me your wedding timelines as an example for me so I have something to go off of? Even if its just a rough timeline.

    Omg these timelines are intense.  I just have some stuff jotted down in a tab of my humongous Excel sheet.  I need to get it together!

    Love the timelines with photo's!! I may borrow this idea for our girls the day of. Here's my official timeline. Long but thought I would post it. Also if you ladies see anything that I might need to change or add to let me know!!:

    5:00am- Hair & Makeup

    7:00am-First Look

    7:30am-Bridal Party Outdoor Pictures

    9:00am- Church

    10:00am- Ceremony

    Timeline of Ceremony

    ·         Broom placed under Mother of the Bride's seat(9am)

    ·         Ushers seat the guests (Prelude music playing)

    ·         Parents of the Bride and Groom are seated

    ·         Mothers of the Bride and Groom pour sand into containers

    ·         Pastor, FI & BM enter from the side and proceed to the front.

    ·         Photo Slideshow

    ·         Ushers unroll the aisle runner·         Processional Music

    ·         The Wedding Party procession begins (7 BM's Escorted by GM's- Back at One)

    ·         Bridal Party procession begins (2JBM's/1 JGM, Ring Bearer and/Flower Girl)

    ·          The audience is signaled to rise

    ·         We enter and are met by FI.

    ·         Music concludes

    ·         Opening message

    ·         Exchange of Wedding Vows

    ·         Exchange of Wedding Rings  

    ·         Sand Ceremony- He and I will pour sand from individual tubes into main tube

    ·         Communion & Prayer

    ·         Pastor Prays over FI and I

    ·         We kiss!

    ·         Introduction by the Officiant.

    ·         Recessional music We jump the broom.

    ·         Exit and wait in smaller foyer for receiving line. Parents join us.

    ·         Bridal party exits

    ·         Pastor's dismisses ceremony- Instructs guests to 'Please be sure to stop by the photo area if you have not already'

     

    11:00am- Family Photo's indoor or on church grounds

     

    12:00pm- Reception

     Timeline of the Reception 
    • Bridal Party and Family Arrive to Reception
    • 12:15pm- Bridal Party Announced & We enter
    • Thank you's to Parents, Family & Friends
    • Speech- Best Man, MOH's: Jess, Vero, Jenn, Rachel
    • Toast
    • Prayer- Pastor
    • Lunch
    • Cupcake
    • Special Dances- FI & I, MOG/FI, FOB & Me
    • Garter
    • Bouquet Toss
      • Bridal Party Dance
    • 1:30pm- DANCE!
    • 3:30pm Announce reception ending shortly. We can make it fun by stating if you have any last minute song choices please let the DJ know.

    Not sure if I'll get a response to this since it was a couple days ago, but what programs did you use to make these awesome timelines?  Specifically, where'd your cute pictures come from?
