Accountability - Wednesday

So I didn't work out yesterday... at all. But that's not too surprising, nor is it anything negative because those of you who are regulars on this Accountability thread know that Tuesdays are always my rest day ;)

I did however stay under my calories yesterday, and ate healthy all day which is awesome :)

Today I am working till 5, then going straight to a meeting afterwards until 10ish. I do want to get some sort of small workout in afterwards, so help motivate me to do so ladies :) I need the push to not just give in and go to bed lol

  • Last night I did some weights and abs exercises.  I'm trying to incorporate more legs and lower body workouts because I usually don't do much.  I want to try and tone my thighs... which FI says are already toned but I noticed a little jiggle at the gym so I need to work on that ;)  

    Tonight I'm planning on going for a run outside after work because the weather has been awesome here.  
  • I got another 2 miles in by 10am today! Also planning on walking the 2 miles home. I did the same yesterday (4 miles total) and I really do feel a lot better. I'll also try to not eat crap today lol.

  • I'm trying to eat better today.  The last couple days haven't been so healthy.  And then I'm doing cardio later.  I did weights and a little cardio yesterday so am still on track with that.

  • Yesturday I met FI at the gym when he was finished work. I did this walking incline program on the treadmill, got the idea from Pinterest, and let me tell you there was sweat dripping down me by the end of it, who knew just from walking! I have to work this evening so instead of gym with FI I will be doing a mixture of cardio and strength stuff at home, again things off Pinterest, man I'm addicted!

    Starting to really get into the routine of my shake program. It's been just over a month now and FI said he's noticing a difference so that makes me happy.
  • Didn't do so hot yesterday. FI came over becaue he had the day off so I spent the day with him. Doing better today. Went biking for about 45 minutes, 8 miles and feeling pretty good. Had some grapes for lunch. I'm still living at home and there isn't a lot of healthy food and I'm not working to have money to go buy healthy food so that's killing me. I'm ready to move in with FI, he's super healthy and junk food just doesn't fly with him lol. I definitely need that to happen!
  • I'm terrible about breakfast.  I always pop in a couple frozen waffles and eat them on the way to school/work.  I started by having 1 waffle and a piece of fruit, and over winter I went to 2 waffles.  So the past 2 days I've gone back to 1 waffle and a piece of fruit.  I also packed a sandwich, banana, and pretzels for lunch today instead of buying lunch.  I'm realizing that I can work out, but I'll never drop this weight if I don't start cutting back on my food.  I worked out yesterday.  I did lifting and a stair stepper.

    There's a new mexican restaurant that opened up near our house, and I told FI I want to try it.  He said that we can try it if we work out every day this week.  :)

    Yay that's fun! I love doing little things like that to help keep you motivated through the week :)
