looking for vendor recommendations

Hey ladies,
Looking for some recommendations in the following areas:
Hair (possibly make up but mostly hair) for myself and the bridesmaids. Will either go to a place or if they come to the house that's fine too.
Limo/car rental
Tuxes
Flowers
The key here is we are on a  MAJOR budget. The cheaper the better (with still good service of course). I live in Brick and our wedding is in Point Plesant at the Lobster Shanty so anything in that area would be great!
You're the best!

I looked at florists in the Toms River area. I looked at Flowers by Addalia, Something Nice Floral Design and Narcissus. We chose to go with Flowers by Addalia because they 1. knew exactly what I was looking for 2. mocked up centerpieces at our first appt. (they had the flowers in the cooler) 3. gave us the best price.

I had a great consultation with Carol from Something Nice and she gets a TON of great reviews by girls on here, I just really connected with Addalia's and the pricing was better.

I can recommend the woman who did both my hair and makeup; she comes to your location, and her prices are reasonable:

Carol from Something Nice Floral is my florist - I really like her and for me, she gave me the best price.  She knew what I liked and I gave her my budget flat out and she worked to give me the best that she could for my money.

As for hair, I strongly recommend Abraxas in Brick.  I think there bridal package is around $200 but they are amazing.  My friend had them for her wedding in August and they came to her house, but it might have been something special they did for hersince she is really good friends with 2 of the stylist.  PM me for recommendations on particular people at Abraxas.  The way they did it for the WP was one girl had her make-up and the other her hair, then switch so it was done in groups of two.

A friend of mine used Shelley's Floral Design in Port Republic, near Smithville.  She works from home so she can afford to charge less than other places.  She did a great job and was really affordable.
