Is anyone using flowering branches in their centerpieces?

I wanted to until the last wedding we went to. They were enormous and I couldn't see the other 4 people across from me. I'm also 4ft 11in. So take what I say with a grain of salt. I can barely see over counters 1/2 the time.

I agree, I want shorter ones, I am assuming you can cut them to any size?

I might have a few curly willow branches here and there, but no almond or cherry blossoms. They leave a mess if they're real, and are expensive if they're fake.

I'm using Manzanita branches for our place cards. There will be three little set-ups with flowers on them and the place cards dangling with crystals.

Please be careful if you use almond branches! I have a severe nut allergy and I would freak out if I saw an almond in the centerpiece.

thanks for the tip! I am not finding anything I like that is a flowering branch for September and just pinned a ton of DIY flowering branches I might try.

You can do the old twisted tissue paper glued on branches for DIY. And you could collect the branches yourself to save $

I am also using manzita branches, they actually sand blast them and then paint them to make them look natural. Doesn't make since but they look cool! I think our centerpiece trees are costing us 15.00 a pop.
