I used Whimsical Welcomes too. Leslie is so creative and is wonderful with any budget. She's responsive, very nice, and very detailed oriented. My flowers were gorgeous.. Another Whimsical Welcomes fan here! Leslie was recommended to me on this board and so far she's been really wonderful - answers all my questions right away and has had great suggestions. I like that I've had a lot of involvement in my choices too.
