3 Scale, 3 Different Weights

I have not 1, not 2, but 3 scales in my house and they all say soemthing different.  This is incrediblly frustrating in this weight loss journey.  I am just starting my 4th week of WW and I dread weigh-in days.  One scale I paid quite a bit for because it does body fat as well.  I can get on this thing three times back to back and it will give me three different weights, which could range from 1 to 10lbs, same thing with my other digital scale.  Then the third scale is an old manual scale, the dashes are too small for me to see any change and it keeps going off balance.  AHH, I give up on scales, maybe I should just focus on measurements.

    you got it - just focus on measurements. try before and after pics as well, they can be amazing! scales really suck, and i've almost entirely done away with weigh-ins because it only leaves me confused. if you're feeling and seeing results in other ways, then you know you're doing a good job, so don't let the scales get you down!

    I have the same problem! I am going to the store after work today to pick out one scale and I am just going to use that one. I should probably start using measurements too because it is really frustrating. Dont get discouraged! If you keep working hard you'll eventually see the results that you want!

    I think I am swearing off scales for good. I measured myself and I know exactly where I want to be.  I will stick to that.  I just hope I can hold on to my boobs.  I've never had any until I put on 30lbs this year, if there's any way to keep them I am going to try.

    well working at the hospital, you always want to just weigh yourself one time a day. Preferably in the morning when you first wake up. Your weight fluctuates during the day so it will always give you a different number. Also its best to stick to one scale. What the doctors have us do for our patients. Hope this helps!
