Torn between black BM dresses and acent colour(s)

I am leaning towards black BM dresses, but am not interested in doing a black and white theme. I love love light to medium shades of pink and wonder if these could be my acent colours in my bouquets and various floral arrangement. I don't want the dresses to have ancent colours either, this is why I am wondering how to integrate other colours.

Any ideas?

    I am thinking the same thing! I want my bridesmaid to wear something they are comfy in and also have it be something they could wear again! A black dress can never be wrong. And what woman doesn't already own a pair of black shoes. Whatever color I decide on for the BM dresses I am going to tell them to get the style that they feel the best in!
    I plan to have very colorful bouquets and that is where I plan to pop the color! :) There will also be some color at the wedding location, and I will probably put flowers all down the aisle.
    Then the reception will have color too. I plan to use sunflowers. Even though the middle of sunflowers is a dark brown I think it will be okay with the black.
    I'm just not sure what the other colors should be. I don't want black to be my main color!

    Flowers, programs if you have them, centerpieces, menus and escort cards are places where you could integreate color. 

    If you want the BMs to have a further pop of color, ask them to incorporate light to medium pink into their accessories and they could opt to wear a a piece of jewelry, shoes or a hair accessory in pink.  This would be easier for them than, say, requesting specifically a pink necklace and they may be able to borrow something or wear something they own.

    My girls are wearing short black cocktail dresses, and I'm going with the pink pops of color too.  Each girl will be carrying a different shade of pink roses in their boquet, and will be wearing pink shoes.  The shoes have been somewhat hard to find for some of them, so I'm not putting any other restrictions on them as far as hair or jewelry goes.  Good luck!

    I'm, planning LBD's for the bridesmaids, and Black button downs for the GM, with either a bright purple accent, or an assortment of bright colors (hot pink, sunset orange, bright blue) each girl with a different color, matching the tie of their matched GM. I'm early in planning though, so I'm only ideas at the moment.

    I know this may not be what you are looking for, but I was in the same situation. I have decided to go for grey dresses instead of black because my colors are light green and a blush pink. Although the black looked great, I loved the grey even better because it was softer. Just a suggestion!
