Wedding Venue Ideas for a DIY bride?

Hello Everyone!

Totally new on here and looking for some advice! I am looking for a cheap venue to host my wedding. It's going to be very DIY and the TOTAL budget is going to be $4000-$5000. I am looking at the Lath House in Phoenix- the total rental is around $1400. But- I had originally planned on having a backyard wedding-but no one has a backyard that is big enough! Hahaha- no worries, but if anyone has any other great inexpensive venue ideas, that would be awesome!

Hi there!

I think the Japanese Friendship Garden is fairly inexpensive and it's very pretty. That's the only place I can think of right now. Sorry, I'm not much help!

I've heard that the Fountain Hills park (where the fountain is) is inexpensive.

Think about Deer Valley Rock Art Center. We considered it, and while they've never had a wedding they're very excited about the possibility- and it would be very cheap and DIY.

Try Sahuaro Historica ranch park in glendale. We rented it out for 8 hours for a lilttle under $600 and that includes chairs&tables

r-chelle, I also looking into this location. Which area did you rent? What are you doing to decorate? I haven't seen it in person yet, but I was afraid it'd be a lot of decorating?
