If you booked through Magical Plan It Events (which many of you might have since they ran a great Living Social Deal) beware...they were a no call/no show to my 10/6 wedding in Palm Beach. I am so mad!!
I confirmed with them several times before (they even charged me $150 extra for being 2 miles outside of their 60 mile range...it seemed like a big fee but I was OK with it bc of the great deal).
The day of the wedding my venue tried to call them (it was the Ritz Carlton - of course they did

but no answer. I sent them an email the next day to demand a refund. They responded a few days later saying the truck had a flat tire. I do not believe them. I went on Facebook and they had pictures labeled Palm Beach Gardens at a venue just down the street from mine on the same night!!
I got no sincere apology and they said they would contact their insurance company to process a refund. I went around them to Living Social and Amex to get my refund faster.
To matters worse, I posted a review on wedding wire and they are currently disputing it with wedding wire saying we never had a contract! Of course, I had my contract and an email chain to prove all of it so it will be re-posted shortly.
Do not book with this company. Pay more and upgrade to a reputable one. The scrapbook was supposed to be my guest book and now I have nothing. At least if they would have called, we could have done something for a guest book instead.
I am not one to post on boards but I felt like I should. I wish I would have known before my wedding.
