speaking of dancing...

is anyone else taking ballroom dancing lessons with their fiance? my fiance actually suggested it and wants to sign up for a few private lessons so we can do more than just hold each other and awkwardly sway back and forth during our first dance. i have NEVER ballroom danced in my life so i am a little nervous!

Yes we are! We found someone that looks promising at a local SWAT. It's 8 lessons, 4 which are private and 4 that are in a group. We're going to call to get info this weekend. It's only like $180 for the both of us which we thought was reasonable.

Even if we had been taken lessons since we got engaged, we'd be really awkward. We are not dancers. So we'll go for a nice, romantic, slow dance. I'll have to teach FI to listen to the rythm somehow, though.

FI suggested we take salsa lessons for our first dance. We took some $3 lessons at this dance club but totally forgot it all!

DId I know our first dance would be a salsa routine? Now I do! LOL

It would be fun!

I don't think we're going to. I don't think either of us really desire to do it! Maybe I'll change my mind later...but doubtful.

I thought about it and have seen some good groupon deals on it. They all have expired too soon before the wedding to be helpful but if I find one around here that we can do in June or something we might do them.
