Bridal shower in Staten Island?

Hey all,

I'm planning my sister's bridal shower in Staten Island. I'm looking for some good (but lower priced) places, probably for brunch or lunch time. I'm on a low budget so I'm even thinking of renting a room with the VFW or community center type of thing (although I honestly don't know of any community centers in Staten Island) and bringing in outside food. Any ideas? Alternative locations are definitely great too.

I don't really know how many people yet -- as I'm still waiting for the invitation list.

My parents had our engagement party at a Knights of Columbus. We had about 100 guests. Depending on how many people and if you have cooks in your family, I would recommend cooking some trays of dishes to decrease the cost of catering.
