I saw your post about  http://www.wildhibiscus.com/ and I want to ask how it was. Did people actually eat the flower (does it taste good)? Do you have any pictures of how it turned out?

    I have seen a lot about hibiscus syurpe lately on food network and other shows.  It is supposed to be really yummy and would be great in a desert I bet.

    Yes, people thought it was really cool looking and I got compliments on it.  I didn't ask anyone if they ate the flower but my husband and I ate ours. In fact, it was the only drink I had all night!  ( I had like five of them).  It tastes very sweet and fruity and the texture is sort of like a pomegranate except not as bitter.  It's very delicious.

    Also, you can try them in Epcot in the Italy pavillion if you want to test it out.
