officiant question

I know where to go to get a license and what to bring. I'm just not sure where to get an officiant from? Can you ask when you apply for the license? Or call? I'm not looking for anything big just a real simple thing. I'm just confused I don't remember how I did it the first time.

    Our ceremony location had a list of names and numbers to call. Would your ceremony location be able to do the same?

    You can ask at your city clerk's office if that is where you are getting your license from. I know the one here in Geneva has a list of officiants, and I'm sure others do as well because it is probably a question they get a lot.

    it's all going to be either the court house or our house. I'll have to have him call the clerk tomorrow and find out. Thank you so much didn't know why I wouldn't think to ask them... lol they pry do get that a lot.
