So the place doing my invitations sent me a proof ... i feel like the response card is worded weird.
It says
M____________________
Will ___________ attend.

What goes in the blank!? I can see putting "not" if they're not attending nut what if they are? What do you guys think? Will people be confused?

    This is a fairly standard response card.  If guests ARE attending, they generally leave the spot blank.  You are correct; the guest fills the blank spot with "not" if they are declining.

    I have received this type of response card.  Sometimes, when accepting, I will fill in the blank with something like "absolutely", "definitely", or "happily" attend.

    If you have options, you could ask the printer to have the cards read......
