And I am on day 4 and already am feeling alot better. I am obviously combining it with my daily routine bootcamp/crossfit workouts that kick my butt.
I am so psyched to see the results of hard work. I already feel better (inside) and have alot more energy during the day. I finally had a craving last night as I was watching TV and donuts popped on the screen LOL. I didn't give in though!
