  How much sugar do you add? If you are adding sugar still not that good. What I do is brew a sweet herbal tea and some green tea and i mix them together so it's sweeter with no added calories. You Also want to be careful with artifical sweetners because they are a natural laxative. Stevia is good and I believe it doesn't cause diahhrea.

  I use a little stevia when I brew black iced tea, but i just leave herbal teas plain.  I don't like things intensely sweet anyway; I don't find them as refreshing.  I have a pitcher of lemon-ginger tea in the fridge now that is just delicious!

  Like PPs said, depends. 

  I drinnk black coffee and nothing-added teas. 

  I had to ween myself down to that though... and now that I have, I can't have them any other way. Ultimately unless you're added 10 teaspoons of sugar to your tea, you're doing better. 

  I would, however, step away from the lemonade.. or do a lemon-ginger iced tea with extra lemons to help curb that sweet tooth... 

  If you need other reasons to stop with the soda however...
