Hi Ladies--- i need help with how many paper lanterns i need for my reception site... i'm going to put them over the dance floor (area is 11.5 x 34.5) and then in the cocktail hour room (32 x 44) ... i've read online that there is a formula that the tent rental companies use to calculate how many lanterns are needed for a specific area, but i haven't had any luck asking the tent rental companies. PS- my reception site is not a tent... it is indoors.
Does anyone know a good rule of thumb or formula to calculate about how many paper lanters will fill those two areas without looking too sparse or too crowded???
