bridal boot camp?

Hi! Is anyone signed up for a bridal boot camp? I've been thinking about signing up for a series of workout classes for additional motivation, but wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations? Thanks!

Are you in the city?  If so, check out Bulldog Bootcamp through Chicago Sport and Social club.  Workouts are in Lincoln Park from 6-7pm (if I remember correctly.)  When I did it, we met on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  It was $250 for 12 weeks and it was amazing!!  Highly recommend it.

    Avoid weddingbootcamp.com
(or see if you can just get a trainer from there).

They are frustrating to deal with from an administrative end; however the trainers were really good.

I took 2 boot camps while "training" for my wedding. I went through LifeTime Fitness'  bootcamp. You can join any time, but the downfall is you need to be a member and still pay $200 on top of the membership, per month. I also did Unicus' beach body emergency, which is said to be a bit harder than their bootcamp and loved it! I took the class for 3 months. It's 50 minutes, but a really intense work out. I felt great coming out of it. I had people come up to me and compliment how great my arms looked so I know it made a huge difference. I attended the Schaumburg location and would highly recommend it!
