Frame Graphic - Please help!

Hello ladies! I keep running across this frame graphic and I'd really like to use it in my invitations, but I can't figure out where it came from. I'm assuming since I keep finding it in lots of different spots that it is a part of a software, or maybe a graphic or piece of clipart. Can anyone help?

You could just have a designer create it for you. I haven't seen it before in clip art or anything.

I've seen it somewhere, but I'm not sure where. Try istockphoto.com. I didn't find exactly that one instantly, but some other similar ones.
