Today is our first anniversary. Wow, it's gone fast.
I know I've posted before about our wedding cake from Holiday Market, but wanted you to see what you get for your first anniversary as part of the package. They give you a small cake, similar to your cake top layer (free!).
We went downtown to see the Tigers in a great come from behind victory Saturday night. We stayed at the Westin Book Cadillac, where someone was having a wedding, LOL.
Here is our anniversary cake from Holiday Market. I honestly just expected a small simple cake about 6 inches in diameter, but this is about 8-9", and decorated!
We'll have something nice for dinner tonight. I have a bottle of champagne from our wedding that I saved to have tonight as well.
I wish you all, newly married or not married yet, a smooth and loving first year. It goes by so quickly, simply enjoy it.
