shower locations?

I'm looking for a party hall/VFW told hold my sister's shower at and was hoping you ladies could suggest some places in the area between Medford and Philly.  We really were looking for just a plain hall so that we could do as we please(decorate/cater/etc).  I figured some of you may have had your showers already and could suggest or have been to some in the area. Thank you!

    I am also planning a shower and going crazy trying to find something that isn't too expensive. We are looking in the Gloucester County area. I would love to have it at the Little Red School House in Mickleton, that is about $250 and cute inside. There is an American Legion hall in Mullica Hill, looks really small from the outside and I've never been inside, but it's going for $350 + $50 deposit!!! I also hear Mantua/Sewell Fire Hall is about $400. Ugh. We are only looking at about 50 guests. Hard part is... serving alcohol is in the shower plans so anywhere that allows it is going to be more expensive due to the liability. Did you find out about anywhere else?
