Just FYI, don't use their online booking system. I had done so over a week ago, trying to get an appointment to see veils. I got an email saying my booking was unconfirmed, but I assumed someone would get back to me to confirm...or, you know, tell me if nothing was available. Cut to today, when it's 2 days away from when I was trying to get an appointment for, and I still haven't heard anything. I call, am told they're completely booked, and that someone tried calling me three times and when I didn't answer, they closed my ticket. Now, my only phone number is my cell, which is never turned off because it is my ONLY phone number and, if anything happens in an emergency, that's how to reach me. NO ONE tried to call me in the past 9 days from their number. In fact, I have no missed calls from ANYONE except my mom and my sister. I also have no voicemails from them. So...they didn't try to call.
I mean, I know I'm just looking for veils and I guess they save the appointments for people shopping for bigger ticket items (even though you can't get seen, even for a veil, without an appointment but whatever) - I honestly can get that. But the lack of courtesy bugs me. I live in New York. I have to very carefully plan my weekends when I'm in NJ for wedding planning because I can't just go any random day of the week to take care of things. The very least they could have done is given me a call to tell me what was going on, OR when I called, apologized and not just given me some attitude-y line about trying to call me. I am the customer...you could at least try to be polite.
So, just so you know - if you want to book with them, CALL. They won't treat you well if you try the online calendar.
