Ceremony with Waterfall or Water Backdrop or under a Very Large Tree Western NC??

Hi, I am still deciding between getting married in Ft. Lauderdale (my family's location) or the Western NC Mountains.  My fiance and I met in Asheville area  and I just love that area So I am really trying to find something in NC.
I am flying down next weekend to view venues and am hoping for the best with the 4 places I am seeing (Grove Park Inn, Lake Lure Inn & Spa, Claxton Farm & Biltmore Estate's- Lioncrest or Deerpark),  but I am hoping someone might have some additional ideas (plus none of the places I am visiting have waterfall backdrops and I think maybe one of them has large tree backdrops for ceremony)?  Ideally I would LOVE to have our ceremony near /overlooking a waterfall---(Challenge is that we have 150 people!) so I have not been able to locate anywhere that is large enough with that kind of backdrop.
My other ideal location would be to have the altar under a very large branchy/picturesque tree.
Ideally I could have the reception and ceremony at same location, However,  I if I can locate that Ideal spot then I am totally open to the idea of having the reception at different spot (as long as it is 15 minutes or less away).  A big MUST is that reception/dinner would need to be indoors (and definitely not a tent).

Selecting a venue from out of state is SO much harder and time consuming than I ever could have imagined!  So hoping to finalize a location by the end of the month!
Thank you SO much for any advice, inside info  & suggestions you can give me!!

When we were looking for a venue, we looked at Highland Lake Inn in Hendersonville, just outside of Asheville. They have 2 ceremony locations that I can remember and one of them is down by the water and then they have an inside area for the reception. It was very pretty,

We are getting married at Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure. So if you are going to the Inn, you should check at this place too. It is around 4-5 miles away from the Inn. The ceremony is at a gazebo down by the water and then the reception is on a covered terrace that overlooks the lake. It is gorgeous!

    Hope this helps!

There isn't a waterfall, but we looked at Deer Creek Run in Weaverville (just North of Asheville) and it was gorgeous! We decided against it b/c we found a place in Mooresville that we loved, but I would definitely check it out.

Thank you!  I will definitely check out Rumbling Bald Resort Resort.  Thanks for the help.  I think that Deer Park Run is to small for 150 people, but thanks for that insight as well.

I am not sure if you have already settled on a place but I recenlty found place in Western NC to get married.  It is called The Farm and it is in Candler.  They can accomodate quite a few people and they have this beautiful gazeebo in a field to get married under.

    I hope that helps.
