  • I made it to the gym after my last post about not going in over  a week, I've gotten better control of what I've been eating as well, I have been eating oatmeal in the morning, greek yogurt/fruit for a snack, a moderate size lunch so I'm still full when dinner comes around so I don't feel the need for a heavy dinner if I even eat dinner at all. I've also been just drinking tea and water but I did have a coffee with morning...I got on the scale this morning and I am 4 lbs lighter than when I last checked, so now I have 9 more lbs to lose and toneup some more before I feel comfortable getting in a bikini for my Miami trip :)

  • I've gotten to the gym twice so far this week, so that's good. I just made it my goal to run a 5k, so I need to get in shape for that. I kind of want to do the Color Me Rad one on June 17th, although that doesn't give me much time!

    I've been doing pretty good. I'm trying to focus less on the number and more on how I look/feel.
  • I worked out with my 13 year old daughter on Sunday. She needs to be a personal trainer beacause she killed me!. I thought I was going to have to crawl to work yesterday. I am still sore. I have 3lbs to loose but a whole lot of toning up to do.
