Florist advice

Hello All!

I posted this in the San Diego wedding board also because that is where I'm getting married, but didn't recieve much responce.  I'm just looking for ideas on how to handle this situation.  I have recently had a very unprofessional email sent to me by my florist, (She sent me one of those emails that say "send to x amount of people and Microsoft will track it and send you x amount of dollars for each person."  It was very strange, especally I have only talked to her once on the phone to set up the appointment, never met in person.  I emailed back and asked her not to send those type of emails to me and she responded that she had a "moment of insanity." ) and now I am a bit worried about using her.  I originally picked her because she was the perfered vendor for my venue and I thought it would be a good idea to go with someone that knows the layout and what would look best for the time of year my wedding will take place.  Just wondering how to best handle this situation :)

I would just ignore her "moment of insanity" and move forward.  If it happens again I would definitely say something to her about keeping your relationship professional.

I agree with PP...for now just let it slide and if it happens again then you might want to ask her whats up with that.

Go with your gut. If you feel weirded out by someone, don't use their services. Youl shouldn't have to settle. It's your big day. If you need a new florist, I bet all the lovely ladies on this board would be happy to recommend some.
