Some knottie vibes. I have been applying to jobs like crazy for months. I just sent out my new group of cover letters and resumes this week. I cant work with FI anymore once we're married and we need separate jobs when its honeymoon time, so he can hire someone to take over for those weeks. Right now there's only one other person and we're not sure how its going to go.

Thanks girls. The things I keep hearing are, if only you weren't in retail so long, you left teaching for hair, what makes you think you wont leave this for something else? And you don't have any office experience. For god sakes, I was laid off from my teaching job in the city because of budget cuts, hair was the quickest job I could find to survive. I have been in retail for 10 years, but 5 of those years were running my OWN store. Im not sure what to do anymore.

I know what you mean about the teaching thing. I left for numerous reasons (bad school board, horrible superintendent [who was fired this past month], wanted less stress and more pay) and while applying I would get letters back saying I was overqualified, underqualified, and was always asked why I didn't want to teach anymore.
