    That sounds like  fun!!
I have never been to D&B.  I've only been to the gameworks in Schaumburg and it's a little crowded, from what I recall.  It's been a while though!

I'm not sure which D&B location you're considering; the one on Clark St can be fun; but it's also kind of "ghetto"...sometimes if the weather is bad I take the kids I babysit there.  However, I've never been with just adults.

Out of curiousity, are you and your FH paying for the games/food/drinks at the afterparty?

We're probably going to try to pay for dinner but the games and stuff will be up to everyone else.  We cant afford to pay for 22 people lol.  So when I got ahold of everyone, I just said that we wanted to go out Saturday night, we were thinking of going here, anyone whos interested is welcome to come.  No one really seemed to care that they were going to pay.  These are all just ideas though - we may choose somewhere else low key and less expensive.

It's been a while since you posted this question, so I'm not sure if you still need advice, but I've been to both places and thought I'd offer up some help! They are both fun places, but with different types of games. Gameworks has more video games, whereas D&B has more "play this game and get tickets" type games. Both have bars, both have kids and adults. Gameworks is a little more crowded.

BTW the D&B I went to is the one in the suburbs.
