Weekly checks!

Alright ladies, let's get down to business. What did you do last week? What's on the agenda for this week?

THIS PAST WEEK

-Found earrings on etsy to match my dress

-Finally finished going back and forth with the proofs and so the invitations are in print as we speak

-Figured out most of the music choices for the reception (bouquet toss, entrances, etc)

-Ordered a bunch of crap off vista print. Return address labels, stickers to close the invites, etc

THIS COMING WEEK

-Order the earrings (prolly today since I'm home all day)

-Email my officiant some readings and vows that I found. I feel really bad that I haven't done this yet- this NEEDS to get done today.

-??? I feel like I'm kind of in a lull right now. I have ALL my vendors booked finally and our entire attire is together. I know I have tons of final details and such, but most of my vendors want to meet in August for that so that everything is fresh for them. I know I have to put together my invitations, but I have to wait for them to arrive!

Last Week:

- Worked on my invitation suite. I'm ordering through VP, so today I'm going to order their wedding sample kit to make sure I like the quality and stuff.

- Looked for wedding jewelry. I'm having a hell of a time with this. I almost ordered a set off of eBay but then saw that it was coming from China, so I hesitated.

- Found a cake cutter/server set and matching toasting flutes that I liked on BB&B's website, so I added them to my registry.

- Gathered most of the addresses I need to give to my MOH for the shower invites.

- Updated our wedding website.

This Week:

- Order the wedding sample kit from VP, then hopefully confirm my proofs.

- Go to Michael's to start getting supplies for my card box (decided to make my own).

- Maybe some other stuff, I'm not sure yet.

My first round of invitations (150 people) are DONE and I'm sending them out tonight!

I have no wedding-related goals for this week. We have to get the house ready to sell; we have an open house this weekend. Wedding stuff is on the back burner for the next couple weeks.

Bought supplies for the bouts
Picked a design and bought supplies to make my jewelry
Scheduled our tasting
Scheduled our last pre cana\mentor session

This Week:
Assemble the invitations (the arrive Wednesday!!)
Start making my jewely
Schedule cake tasting
Officially book hair and makeup artist and schedule trial

- Booked wedding night hotel

- My wedding band came in!

- Worked on invitation wording/design

- Finalized registry

Next Week-

I don't really know yet... we'll see... ha

This past week:
-addressed MOST of the invitations
-finished (90%) of our registry
-bought flower girl dress
-ordered wedding present for Dan (photobook of my boudoir pics)
-registered for dance lessons
-ordered stamps for the inviations
-made an appointment to pick our ceremony music

this coming week:
-finish addressing invitations
-hair trial appointment this weekend
-stuff comes in the mail (ordered last week)

don't have a ton to do this week, but maybe i'll get around to some of my DIY projects. i can't believe it's almost june!

-Made photo guestbook with groupon

-Found BRIDAL COWS!!!

-Bought Thank-You cards

-Finalized Bachelorette Party plans with MOH

THIS COMING WEEK

-Order photoguest book

-Buy Bridal Cows

-E-mail wedding planner, she was supposed to visit our ceremony space, but I never heard from her
-E-mail minister, he was supposed to e-mail me ceremony readings, but didn't
-Got updated addresses for friends that are moving
-Updated registry

Last week:
- Finished printing invitations
- Went for first dress fitting (pics to come soon)
- Practiced hair for dress fitting and with all my hair realized my mom is going to need some help (and another curling iron)
- Bought cufflinks to make for dads
-Got 99% done with my chalkboard beer mugs and wine glasses for WP...need 1 more coat

This week:
Finish chalkboard glasses finally

That's it for now because I have an exam this weekend and a paper due the following weekend and probably need to focus on those. Done with one of my classes 2 weeks from Saturday so hoping I'll step it up after that!

Last week: Got nothing done, again. Just argued with mom about reception cards for the invites and told BM to order the other girls dresses. I was supposed to go look at wedding bands for myself but don't have the money so why bother? Oh... I did buy more mason jars for the reception (feature drink will be served in them).

This week: Once again try looking at wedding bands. Still can't afford it though so not sure why I'm looking. Maybe order invites. I'm not really into this whole wedding thing anymore.

-Played peacekeeper b/w Mom, Aunt, Sister and COusin on b-Party and Bridal Shower. At this point I just want to say Fuuuck it and not have either.
-Ordered the cake!

- Played with invites
-Found a ring for FI
