  We had programs.
  
  The most common information on programs:
  
  an outline of the ceremony from processional to recessional and everything in between. People usually include the songs used for processional/recessional, the readings used, who is singing or reading (if someone besides your officiant). Things like that
  
  on the "Wedding Party"  portion, most people include their living parents and grandparents, their wedding party members and their officiant. Some will include an "In Loving Memory" section or something like that and list names of close relatives and friends who have passed away. That's not necessary, and if you do something like that try to keep it simple...you don't want to turn the wedding program into something sad, ya know?
