I agree with TJ Maxx, I have often spent days at the mall and various other stores with no luck and then I go to TJ Maxx and find more than 1 and have trouble narrowing it down (although sometimes they are cheap enough that I dont have to)
I do also love Kohls

also...when i lived in NJ...i used to find the BEST dresses at Loehmanns on Rt. 18. but i dont think thats the only one.

Not sure if you have one near you, but Love Culture is really cute. They opened one in Bridgewater. It's like Forever21 but much more organized! And they had a ton of cute dresses!
