Hair bummer

I found an amazing style that I absolutely loved and had been working with my stylist to figure out if it was a possibility with my hair (super super thick). She figured out a way and basically just said start growing your hair out. I've been growing it out for about 9 months now (which is a daily fight to keep the scissors from hacking it off!) but I stopped in today to schedule my hair trial and she said she doesn't think it's going to be long enough to do. So I've got to go back to the drawing board and figure out another style. Definitely bummed but I know my hair will look awesome the day of!

  • Can you get clip-in extensions?

  • How long is your hair right now? I'm growing mine out too (which is the THE bane of my existence!), and it's like medium length right now, shoulder length in the front but a tad longer in the back. My stylist used hair clips on me and it looked like I had so much hair! What style were you going for?

  • Clip- in extensions are a great idea! You can get good ones that are real hair. I wear mine all the time!

  • My hair is medium length right now. Apparently it grows really fast between short and medium but then between medium and long it grows at a snails pace. I'm not to keen on extensions or clip-ins just because I have so much hair already. I'm going to do some hunting this weekend and I'm sure I'll find some other things I like as well. :)
  • What style are you talking about? Medium length thick-hair sounds like it would work for most styles, and usually extensions can solve a "not enough hair" problem. Do you have pics?
  • If you are on facebook or youtube this model does tutorials. I'm stealing one for my wedding. I used another for a birthday party too.

Look up Lilith Moon. She has a ton of different styles. Love her!
