Babysitters

My wedding is in Cambridge on May 26, 2013. We are having an adults only reception, so I would like to provide my guests information for finidng a babysitter in the area especially since over 80% of our guests will be from out of town. Does anyone have recommendations for where I can find trustworthy, reliable babysitters that will come to a hotel? Thanks.

Many hotels can help their guests arrange babysitters. You may want to speak with your hotel block contact, or your wedding coordinator (if you are having a hotel wedding). Congrats!

If any of your guests have a child at an area preschool, check in with their teachers. I used to teach preschool, and most of us babysat for extra money. This way you are getting actual professionals from a known location. Some directors might pass on your info if you just randomly called, but most wouldn't unless a parent makes the connection.
