Belvedere Chateau (Palos Hills, IL) A++++++ affordable prices, EXCELLENT customer service --- I mean, the young man they had waiting on us (husband and myself) was absolutely the nicest wait staff I had ever seen in my life. He made sure we were good, full and comfortable. He was very accomodating. The hall was decorated exactly how I asked them and they even through in a couple extra things for me. They were very flexible with my payment plan (and even when I was not living up to my end of the deal) , they were kind throughout the entire process. People were so amazed at how beautiful the place looked and that the food was actually good.
Linda (Miller Florist) "A" Linda is VERY affordable and she executed my pumpkin centerpieces to a "T" .. even better than what I expected when I walked in and saw them. My girls' bouquets were gorgeous, I expected mine to be a little bigger but it was still absolutely gorgeous and she had the flowers exactly how I wanted them.
George Street (Dave- Photographer) A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Can I give them a higher grade than an "A" .. I don't even want to go on and on about them because I will be all day, the service was not so great in the beginning but the PHOTOGRAPHER made me forget all about the poor customer service of the reps who are in the office. He was on time, kind, took pictures of EVERYTHING, he was so precise and he actually had a good time. He was like part of the family as the night was ending. Everyone was raving about him and asking for his card. David Turner was the absolute greatest.
Pierre's Bakery (Calumet Park, IL) "A" , They delivered on time, the cake was delicious, the service was okay.
Hilton Oak Lawn "C-" , they charged my card for the wrong rate and made my account go into the negative and the rep was not very accomodating to the fact I had a wedding going on and she's overcharging me for things.. that's definitely one of the worst times to do that! I heard the service here wasn't great, I should have listened. The rooms were beautiful though, a little smaller than expected. They let my husband and groomsmen check out late because they were taking getting ready photos w/ the photog. The only PLUS they had with me all weekend.

Bri is absolutely amazing. I love her. She is REAL, she is so nice and generous and makes you feel like a superstar so you will definitely find YOUR "DREAM DRESS" if she is your consultant. I believe she works out of Oak Lawn and TInley Park but I HIGHLY recommend the Tinley Park location, they are couture gowns (starting at 1,000 plus) but they were able to get me my 2nd dress in about 4 months and I am so happy I went with them.. love the service.
